Adam believes in game-changing ideas and the power of people working together to make the world a better place. His experience with sports-themed social entrepreneurship and sports and entertainment technology dates back 25 years. He has founded, worked at the VP level, or consulted for 10 different sports and entertainment startups, such as Sports Simulation, Cybersports, Disruptive Apps, Monsterful VR, and SporTech Ventures, as well as 2 sports-themed non-profits, including Players for the Planet. His combination of business and non-profit experience along with his innate creativity, collaborative spirit, and audacious persistence provide him with a well-rounded base of knowledge and conviction.
Essentially, he has a for-profit mind with a non-profit heart. He holds a B.A. from Amherst College and dual master’s degrees – an M.S. in Sport Management from UMass-Amherst and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern majoring in Management & Entrepreneurship with a focus on Sports, Entertainment, Media & Technology. He was a four-year starter on the Amherst College varsity soccer and baseball teams and played baseball professionally in Canada, Australia, and The Netherlands, competing against players who represented their countries in the Olympics and World Baseball Classic. Other experiences include work as a small business consultant for NYC’s Economic Development Corporation assisting Lower Manhattan’s small business community post-9/11; a high-needs schoolteacher/tutor in Brownsville, Brooklyn (PS 41) as part of the NYC Teaching Fellows program; and a baseball coach at the youth, high school and college levels.

Zoya Lehrer is a seasoned executive and founder with over 20 years of experience building and scaling B2C and B2B solutions across FinServ, FinTech, and SaaS. Her leadership spans high-impact roles in digital innovation, customer success, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation—where she’s led complex teams through IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale technology initiatives.
In 2023, Zoya left her corporate career to solve a problem she knew intimately as a sports parent: the chaos of youth sports logistics. She co-founded Orgo (www.orgoHQ.com), a family-first platform designed to bring clarity, coordination, and confidence to busy households. Alongside a small, seasoned team, she bootstrapped Orgo to market in under 12 months—while juggling full-time jobs and raising three active kids.
Now, Zoya is channeling her enterprise experience into a mission-driven startup that’s helping families get the right people to the right places—on time, with less stress, and more joy.

Teresa Dereniak is a Senior Health Care Analyst at Morgens, Waterfall, Vintiadis & Company since August 2006. Prior to this, Teresa held positions such as Vice President at Investor Growth Capital and Associate at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., focusing on healthcare investments and investment banking, respectively. Teresa also worked as an Associate Project Engineer at W.L. Gore & Associates, specializing in medical device product engineering. Teresa holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.

William Clyne is an executive with experience in alternative finance, operations, and legal strategy. Over the past six years as Managing Director at VOX Holdings Group, a Manhattan-based finance firm, he has helped lead the company’s expansion while managing several different aspects of the business.
A proud graduate of Fordham University and Fairfield Prep, William blends disciplined business leadership with a passion for the cultural and civic life of New York. That passion extends to sports. As a New Yorker and devoted New York sports fan, William believes in the unifying power of athletics—and in preserving its history for future generations.
